A comprehensive guide for anyone contemplating starting a restoration project on a sailboat. Based on the author's more than 50 years of sailing and working on boats, this book will be your companion throughout the project. The book is illustrated from my 3-year renovation of Brigid, an updated version of the Westsail 32 custom-built in epoxy-coated cedar. This book is aimed at anyone new to renovating a sailboat, young, old or in between, whether you want the boat for some weekend coast sailing or dream of crossing oceans.
