My Guidelines and Reflections

My inner quest began in the dawn of my memories. I always knew I was of a different mold than most of those around me, although I couldn’t figure out why. My aim has always been to be true to my inner self, regardless of the consequences. Whenever I gave in and made a compromise, I always regretted it afterwards. During childhood, I would set aside a time, usually at sundown, to reflect on what was most enjoyable, meaningful and lasting; then try to express its essence in one page or compose some music I distilled from the day’s experiences. Now what motivates me to write is the desire to formulate my personal guidelines; searching for that which is essential in my own words.
