Alistar is a dystopian city overrun by a drug called Prism and enhanced individuals. An overflow in the criminal underworld forces conflict between local police and a special task force known as, The Silver Crows. Abraham Crawford, commander of the Silver Crows, strives to put an end to the conflict and finish what his father, and Silver Crows Founder, Ethan Crawford started by stopping the enhanced. Two things stand in his way, his mother Martha, who doesn’t see him as ready to be chief, and Wraith, a man of unknown origins who wants to use the enhanced to shape the world in his own image through chaos and fear. Now, with his new partner, Randy, a private eye with a charismatic charm, Abraham must prove he is worthy of the title of chief and protect his loved ones while stopping Wraith and his enhanced.
