Low Down Johnny Brown

Notorious Detective Low Down Johnny Brown was in town. Everyone knew his reputation, the bringer of bad news. Every criminal looked the other way as well as most police institutions due to his rather rugged style of no nonsense policing. To his chagrin, Chief Masters had no alternative but to request his temporary assistance in solving the case of a new adversary, a more brutal and sophisticated type of Helter Skelter, a group of assassins preying on the power elite of Hollywood, as well as protecting an annoying married couple who'd witnessed one of the slayings in the Hollywood Hills. Hopefully by the time it was over, Low Down Johnny Brown, the bringer of bad news, would have the perpetrators apprehended, he'd retire if one of the married couple, Alice, persuasively did her part, and half the city would still be upright as well as no innocent victims left in his wake before the D.A. dropped the anvil.
