The Celtic Kingfisher

The Kingfisher is a novel set in the early Celtic period of our history. It is about the journey of a young man called Fionn mac Donal and his desire in life to become a storyteller. His journey takes him to the mainland where he encounters omens, seers and the evil cult of the dead. Events soon require him to begin a search for a mystical, many gifted man called Lugh. Only by finding and learning new abilities from him can he hope to right the wrongs that have been done to his family and then return to his true ambition in life. As we enter a new age today with all its potential positive and negative outlooks, this book gives indication that there are things we can learn from the past that will help us with our future.
