Poppy and Pierre

A bilingual children's book about Paris. The story is about an English girl, Poppy, who comes to visit her French cousin, Pierre, in Paris. Throughout the book, the two children discover lots of important monuments around Paris. Each part of the book is written in both French and English, with some words highlighted to make it easy to pick them out in the other language. There are also several words on each page associated with pictures to help children learn key vocabulary. ****** Un livre bilingue pour enfants sur Paris. L’histoire est celle d’une fille anglaise, Poppy, qui vient render visite à son cousin français, Pierre, à Paris. Tout au long du livre, les deux enfants découvrent beaucoup de monuments importants dans Paris. Chaque partie de l’histoire est écrite en français ainsi qu’en anglais, avec quelques mots surlignés pour les repérer facilement dans l’autre langue. Il y a aussi plusieurs mots sur chaque page associés avec des images pour aider les enfants à apprendre le vocabulaire clé.
