The play features the ambitions of and failure of some miscreants in the town Sapele,who dreamt of making wealth and getting recognition by crook means.A packet of instances when people got intuitions of pending problems and how they kept deaf ears to them. The after- math of being adamantine always came at the end. Such instance culminated in the D.P.O. loosing his cherished sister in a cold-blooded murder carried out by Umiovo another jealous siblings of his who lack the eternal varieties of life.It has instances of reminisances of intrigue in a boarding school.
