Urban Wisdom

Urban Wisdom, What is it? Where does it come from? Does everyone have it? These are some of the questions that are answered in the following pages and some of the questions I myself have asked many times. You see for me, I started writing poetry at the tender age of eleven and for me it was a way of escape from my everyday surroundings. Sure my style has changed over the last twenty-two years but all in all the same emotion that I started my writing with is very much still a huge part of me. When I was a small child my surroundings were not very good. I came from a broken home and yet this book is not about all the details. This book is about the pure and raw emotion of poetry and the wisdom I have encountered along this urban path. It is within these pages that follow that you the reader will be taken into a realm that few ever venture. Into the mind of a street poet.
