"I saw two shooting stars last night.
I wished on them, but they were only satellites. Is it wrong to wish on space hardware?
I wish, I wish, I wish you'd care!"
These lyrics from Billy Bragg's "New England" encapsulate my views on life and love as they have manifested themselves so far. Namely: Sometimes you'll do anything, no matter how ridiculous, crazy and ill-advised it may seem at the time, if you think it might, just might make you feel better.
Little Whore Inside is a collection of poetry and thoughts inspired by love, sex, obsession, rejection, death, depression, hope, friendship, rock stars, heroes, illness, and irrational childhood fears.
Poems and people aren't always perfect but they both have a mouth with which they can choose to be honest.
"Razor blades and cyanide,
They think they’re still a friend of mine.
They said they’d always be there
When I’m down."
