Trivium

Trivium is a collection of three short stories. Running- This is a story about a man who has just come back from the war in Afghanistan and is trying to cope with civilian life. His friends welcome him back with a night out but end up in an altercation with a fierce South Dallas Gang. He puts himself at risk to save his friends but now he's running for his life through a maze of thugs, trying to get back home. Branson- A young business man travels to Branson Missouri to meet some potential investors but ends up uncovering a dark secret. He witnesses a series of unusual events and later finds that Death is in Branson. Goliath- This is a dark look into the corporate empire in America. David is a new employee at one of the largest companies in Dallas but soon finds out the soulless nature of the beast and struggles with the decision to let it consume him and become part the evil or fight against it.
