THE SCURTI: A Free Database Object Naming Convention

I offer this naming convention free (download free; printing always costs!) with the hope that it will become widely used and I will never again be given a 50 page data dictionary and a 5'x5' relationship diagram. With this system it is possible to look at any table/query/form/report and know exactly where all the fields originated, what type of data they contain and how they are related to other tables. Relationships are self-explanatory so there is no need for enormous relationship diagrams once the data model is established. The instructions fit on one page, so it's very easy to learn.
