When Sweet Honey's plan to steal her half-sister's idea fails and all the Warhogs get is the orbs they lost back the rebels are successful in getting the humans to safety. Now Edward, his Aunt Sara's Dachshund, Roger, Martha, Tim and Bobby are adapting to the rebel's lives in hiding. They live, train and assist the aliens and even makes friends with them.
