A peeping tom named Jeffrey has been plaguing the small town of Guile. A ten year old boy who has been shooting ladies in the butt with a BB gun lives there as well. Both are about to learn a valuable lesson from a traveler who goes from town-to-town punishing those who do stuff like that. Fortunately for her this town has the two she needs to teach these two scumbags a lesson.
