The city of Norris is under the protection of the crime fighter Stanley the Practical Joker. But unlike many superheroes defending their homes the people here hate his guts with him in denial. No matter how much they tell him or yell out they hope he dies, the superhero just doesn’t get it. Even after foiling a bank robbery and museum heist and causing major and expensive damage, Stanley believes the city loves and adores him. After all, he's only in this business to get girls and nothing more. His hopes finally get answered when the super villain, Figure Skater, invites him to her Ice Palace for some fun. However, she has plans for Stanley and this could cost him his life and free the city of him once and for all.
