Kitchen Confessional

A beautiful full color collection of over forty favorite recipes including Paella and cherry cordials. The genesis for this book came from the requests for dishes that I have prepared for parties and guests. I have generally made food by taste and have often faced the difficulty of reproducing the same dish twice. In writing this book I have been forced to measure the ingredients and time the cooking process. This has helped to me to perfect and solidify recipes that I have been making for years. I hope you enjoy these recipes as much as I have enjoyed creating them. The title Kitchen Confessional comes as a result of me finally writing these recipes down and making them available for the first time.
