Ryan MacLellan disgraced, young pastor of the nondenominational megachurch Divine, located in Charleston, South Carolina, learned a hard lesson about the biblical admonition, ‘With what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you’ when he was arrested, tried, convicted and sentenced to twenty very long months of incarceration at Magnolia Correctional Center, located 8¼ miles west of Charleston International Airport. His highly publicized ouster from his pastorship, as well as forfeiture of his six–figure annual salary went viral on social media, even making national news. His arrest for a myriad of white–collar crimes cost him his marriage, his relationship with his precious son, Gorman, every worldly possession he owned and a highly public standing as a devout man of God. He was freed from Magnolia Correctional Center after he served his sentence and paid his debt to society. His journey toward redemption, a journey that nobody could have prepared him for, will prove the most difficult and perilous journey of his life.
