Buoyancy

This novel is an urban fairy tale. It involves tall buildings, irresponsible college students, corrupt police officers, and at least one very bad lawyer. The book also introduces the peculiar invention that is the vacuum balloon, a device which allows the characters in the story to float above the city like very lucky superheroes. And of course, as with all tales of this sort, there is a happy ending almost certain to make you smile or at least stop frowning for a moment or two.
