'Les fêtes religieuses d'Esna aux derniers siècles du paganisme' was published in 1962 by IFAO, a major part of Serge Sauneron's 8-volume edition of the Temple of Esna. Sauneron sadly died in 1976. His Esna work has never been published in English.
A new translation by Rufus Brock Maychild makes this invaluable text available for English readers for the first time. It is a student's working translation, intended for other scholars and devotees,
