Within us is a sacred space that has always been there: a space of love, light, peace, wisdom, and truth. The heart is the gateway. The inner sacred space is the home of our soul. Whenever we begin a meditation, visualization, or exercise, we pass through the gateway of the heart and enter our home, our soul. We find ourselves within our soul, and from there we carry out the practice. Whatever thought appears, we do not follow it; we observe it and let it go.
