There was a rustle in the bushes to the left and the same guy, whom Shay assumed was lead, who told the group to disperse wrapped his arms around her and they disappeared and reappeared in an enclosed area of the forest. The lead guy turned to her and she froze. He motioned for her to sit and she did. Shay felt like screaming and asking what the heck was going on but something else held her back. The lead guy turned away muttered something to one of the other members in the ancient covenant tongue and then turned back to her. He slid off the hood of his cloak and Shay nearly lost her breath.
