By age 23 Sheri Nocelli had experienced more than most people do in a lifetime. After falling in love at age seventeen with a man nineteen years older, living in poverty while growing a marriage, having two young children, starting a successful business and beating all odds - she almost lost everything when she was diagnosed with a rare and deadly form of Acute Myeloid Leukemia. Prescribed intense chemotherapy and a bone marrow transplant, she won the battle over Cancer. Her weapons of choice? A smile, a positive outlook and a rock n’ roll attitude! “My hope is that my story and experiences can help someone going through a similar battle or rough time in their life, and to help caregivers and people who are healthy to understand what it’s really like from the eyes of the Cancer patient.
