Mohammad Reza Shah Pahlavi ou Muhammad Rizā Shāh Pahlevi (en persan : محمد رضا شاه پهلوی), né le 26 octobre 1919 à Téhéran et mort le 27 juillet 1980 au Caire, est le dernier shah d'Iran qui régna du 16 septembre 1941 au 11 février 1979 (événement dit du 22 Bahman 1357). Contraint à l'exil le 16 janvier 1979, il fut remplacé par un conseil royal et renversé par la Révolution iranienne. Mohammad Reza Pahlavi n'a jamais abdiqué officiellement1.
