I chose these mental health conditions—anxiety, panic attacks, depression, insomnia—not because they are dramatic, but because they are quiet. They are real. They are lived in.
Each one represents a feeling I recognize.
The racing thoughts that won’t let you sleep.
The heaviness that lingers even after laughter fades.
The fear of being “too much.”
The exhaustion of always being the steady one.
These aren’t just traits for characters. They’re reflections of emotions that exist inside me.
But something I’ve learned is this: feelings are hardest when you carry them alone.
That’s why there are three of them.
Sel, Ael, and Vios aren’t just personalities—they are different ways of coping. Different ways of surviving. Different pieces of strength that sometimes live in separate bodies, and sometimes feel like they live inside one person.
When anxiety spikes, someone grounds you.
When depression weighs heavy, someone sits beside you.
When humor is all you have, someone laughs with you instead of at you.
Healing isn’t instant. Panic doesn’t vanish. Sadness doesn’t magically disappear. But it becomes lighter when shared.
This story is not about being “fixed.”
It’s about not being alone.
Even when it’s hard.
Especially when it’s hard
