Born in Moscow (Russia) in1979, and currently living in Belgrade (Serbia), Ira is passionate about portrait photography and keeps experimenting light, color and shape through this art, by focusing on human being, his vital energy, beauty, and versatility. ‘Portraits can reflect both familiar reality and another, fictitious, distorted - surreal.’ (Ira) An important aspect of her practice resides in the storytelling she creates around the characters of her portraits.
