Passion, creativity, emotion and audacity are our 4 watchwords. Introducing Khim Jeffery... Khim Jeffery is the photographer behind A Ruby In Bloom. She’s a family, newborn, maternity, and birth story photographer located in Seattle and Bellevue, with a sensitivity for lifestyle images. ‘I love to capture the real you, the romantic you, the playful you, and the moments when you are just being present with you children or with each other. I believe that babies are perfect and their sweet personalities shine through without the need for posing. I want to photograph your children as they are now as childhood can be such a blur and every stage is worth remembering.’ Indeed, as a self confessed introvert herself, Khim is known for being super calm and relaxed behind her lens so there is no pressure for her clients and their families to be anything other than themselves. She is more precisely dedicated in creating joyous, true to life, and emotive images with a hint of nostalgia and whimsy that reflect ‘the real you’ of her clients, with gentle guidance when needed. ‘And, I also know how busy life is with kids (or without) so I can promise that our sessions are fast and efficient yet still fun. I believe that photography is truly the memory of our lives!’ In her free time, Khim is a busy Mum to three kids who keep her on her toes everyday! Being respectively 9, 6, and 18 months old, Khim adores everything about her children and they are a constant source of inspiration for her. ‘I am constantly learning something new from them.
