The Grim Reaper

After solving the long and arduous case of the deadly killer, THE SCARECROW, Lieutenant Greg Manners and his homicide crew of the Midtown, Nebraska police department, thought they would just be doing routine police work. But on the horizon appeared another deadly killer who would become known as THE GRIM REAPER because of the heart breaking murders committed. This case of many twists and turns would be another big challenge for the detectives; one they wanted to solve in a hurry.
