Mindfulness is a way of making purposeful actions in your life. By being cognizant of the impact that personal decisions will have upon others, communal bonds are strengthened and preconceived notions of time and place are altered. My goal is to reinforce the connections we have to our environment and use that connectivity to alter our perceptions of time and place. This newly altered perception can be applied to any moment where a person finds themselves waiting for something.
