Treasure Quest

For ages 12 to adult. While serving as a missionary in Canada in the 1850's, DeVere (a small town cowboy) falls in love with Rachel (a rich Canadian girl). Rachel's cruel and wealthy fiance, Warren, realizes Rachel is falling in love with DeVere so he masterminds a devious plan to get rid of DeVere. This adventure takes the reader from the hills of southern Utah to the islands of the south Pacific. The characters of the story encounter villinous pirates, fierce natives, man-eating sharks, and much more as they struggle to find for themselves if true love can last forever.
