Since his early twenties, Chef Steve Anderson has been a Private Chef and owned restaurants. His passion for food still comes through in every meal; and his presentation will awe you from the moment you sit down until you savor your last bite. After Graduating from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, Steve spent many years as a Private Chef. After a while, he caught the "Restaurant Bug", and so began his career owning and operating restaurants in the Florida Keys, New Orleans and Alabama. When he sold his last restaurant, he turned his focus back to the Private Chef industry, but instead of cooking on land, you will now find him cooking in a Galley, on a Private Yacht.
