Illyria's World

How can a story help children make sense of climate change? In my book, Illyria's World, I use the creative thinking of a day dreaming mind to show children they can make sense of just such a complex issue. Illyria's World is a companion book to school texts on climate change or natural sciences, giving children permission to dream and not be overwhelmed by challenges that face them. Helping them see that they can figure out how to make change for the good and that small victories add up... is the essence of my book.
