What do Baseball, Moonshots, and Reading Breakthroughs, have in common?   A "Moonshot" in Baseball was named after Wallace (Wally) Moon (1930-2018). After an injury and other disappointments, Wally decided to try something that might have seemed quite impossible at first. With the help of a friend, Wally, a left-handed batter, learned to hit high and up to the left. He hit so powerfully, that his towering balls went right over a 42 foot left field screen!
