This is a collection of poetry written by Taylor Ungson during his junior-senior high school years at Orinda Academy. Some of these poems were showcased roughly around my sophomore and junior year at the Orinda Contra Costa County Library for the “Friends of the Orinda Library Poul Anderson Creative Writing Contest”. Theme focus: power, pain, helplessness, regret, and identity. There's plenty of more themes for readers to immerse on their own. This ebook is generally aimed for high school age or above, rated Teen for ages 15 - 18 because Taylor Ungson wrote this during his high school years. For all high school students in the United States, these poems should resonate with what you're reading, such as Frankenstein, The Odyssey, and etc. which are generally acceptable for 15 - 18 age. If you are sensitive to creative exercised depictions of God, Demon, Devil, Angel, Hell, Heaven, and questioning power, these poems may not be for you.
