This book is basically my experience with 19 and how I overcame it with the help and
leading of the HolySpirit. I have learned a great deal about my own immune system and things
that work for me and my family through trial and error. If this can help anyone or even save a
life when they are faced with 19 or any other form of colds or the flu, then I have done my
job.
