IDUNNA #104 (Summer 2015) focused on runes—the letters used by pre-Christian and later Germanic and Scandinavian peoples for both mundane and magical purposes. Ann "Gróa" Sheffield leads off with her essay on Mimir and the runes, Diana Paxson writes about runes used in healing and for protection in travel, and Ben Waggoner presents translations of two Icelandic compilations of runes and magical symbols (galdrastafir). We have poetry from Laurel Mendes, Michaela Macha, and Ron Rowand-White, a short story from Diana Paxson, news from the Heathen community, our usual columns, and more!
