Step Over The Dead

Usually printed in 3 - 5 business days
The novel covers a period beginning in the 1930s and ending the 1980s: beyond doubt the most eventful period of the 20th century. The 'protagonist' of the novel is the manuscript of a book that in the maze of political slogans tries to unveil the causes of social and international tensions, and claims the adoption of a 'meritocratic' society may be the remedy. The story that yields the background for the political-philosophical contents of the manuscript is a series of flashbacks. Although they are based on historical events, the author admits that here and there he adapted them to the flow of the story. He hopes, however, that he accurately depicted the spirit of the era.
