When Hydro faces moving away from his girlfriend, he finds that life in Virginia can be far more interesting. He meets a new love interest, Niagara, as well as Gel, who used to be in a gang that left threatening notes and videotaped the victims' reactions! Things only get more complicated when somehow, the gang is related to the small close-knit group of friends that have developed.
