In 1994, a friend of mine was getting his Master's degree in mathematics and he had to prepare a thesis. He asked me if I had any theorems that he could use because, you know, I'm a super geek. He presented me with this problem that was intended to be a trick question or essentially "unsolvable". I solved it. ​In the process, I developed a theorem called "quantum iterated binomial probability" or QIBP for short. To make an experiment to demonstrate QIBP, we chose Roulette because it contained the necessary elements in terms of statistics and probabilities. ​At the end of millions of calculations and tens of thousands of demonstrations, we sent the results to the President of the International Gaming and Simulation Association and many renowned mathematicians. They ran computer simulations and reported that it was "the best they have ever seen." We also sent it to some casino workers, professional gamblers, recreational gamblers, and the results were unanimous, it was the best they had ever seen!
