Leading With Love

Leading with Love was written by Todd O'Neal in 2004 after the death of his father, Randy O'Neal. Randy was an ultra successful manager at the top of the Federal Aviation Administration at the time of his death. Leading with Love is a book about all the lessons that Todd learned in the thirty five years he had with him while his father was here. It is a wonderful book about leadership and also a captivating story of what a son learned from his father in life and in death.
