The Mute

In 1980, a six year old boy, AMEER, gets his tongue cut because of a dare by his fellow class-mates at a madarsa in an afternoon. He was already a shy and introvert person but this self-indulging incident made him depressed at very young age. He after two years gets shot in the head in the process of helping his MOM from muggers. Doctors refuse to do brain surgery, afraid it might turn into brain-ham-rage, bullets in his head, and he comes out of coma and finds a delusional friend of his own age besides his bed.
