Ezra is a book in the Old Testament. It gives insight into God's feelings for the nation of Israel. Verna delved into the book to find how God treats those he loves. Because Israel did not obey God, they were sent away to Babylon. After seventy years, God took them back home. Ezra was a scribe who wrote about it. The thme is: The temple of God had to be rebuilt.
