Scarcity

this is the 2nd of a 4 part series by Victor C. Vosen. Initially this was a topic poem, but as 75 parts was written the river of words meandered where it would till words spilled out on the written page to flow into the great resevoir where languishing words go and fish survive, turtles thrive, people tread carefully.
