Into the Light

Into the Light is a memoir of my enduring battle to find peace from mental suffering. With honesty and vulnerability, it describes the hell of living with chronic anxiety with all its many facets. Over a considerable period of time, there was finally an understanding of the physical, emotional, and spiritual causes of ongoing pain. The core message is that suffering is a teacher and it is up to us to find the lessons in order to heal. A perspective not easily won. It reveals an understanding of our emotional selves and through perseverance and discipline in the midst of suffering, we can ultimately find the Light. If it helps just a handful of people then it will have served its purpose.
