Piano Works Vol.1

Piano Works Vol.1 is the first issue of a series of original compositions for piano of pianist and composer Virginio Aiello. The Piano Works music is rooted in the classical tradition with elements from jazz, pop, folk, tango and contemporary. The style is minimalist with melodies and deeply evocative of great emotional impact. Virginio Aiello, in his compositions brings together all the musical experiences that have marked his artistic career: those linked to classical education, a passion for jazz, film music, the tango of Astor Piazzolla, folk music and extra european music. Each piece is an imaginary picture of fragrances, sensations, memories, evocations through an organic and original musical language that transcends time trying to combine past and present. The level of difficulty is medium-easy.
