The Grace Journal

Being a mom brings on its own challenges, but when you add extra abilities on top of the already growing workload it can seem hopeless, scary and lonely. The Grace Journal provides a means to implement a practice that takes the overwhelming to-do list and break it down into smaller, more manageable, steps. The more we write down our accomplishments as moms, our children's achievements, and an action plan to face the unknown, the more we are able to focus on the present and cultivate positivity to begin shifting our mindset.
