One thing that you need to understand is that the mind is like the deepest ocean in the world. When a person's body language, gesture or non-verbal communication match up his words he is saying, they increase, trust, clarity and rapport. If you want a better life than the one you have now, you have to be able to envision it, feel it, 'be in it' in your mind's eye, and think about it as though it were really happening.
