What began with the question, "What do you believe and why do you believe it?" did not end with an answer. It revealed a process. A process that moved from questioning... to examining... to understanding. But understanding alone does not complete the cycle. At some point, everything that is considered, questioned, or understood must be applied. Not in theory, but in real-time interactions, decisions, and relationships. This is where Conversations: Family Dynamics emerges. If the earlier Conversations were about understanding how we think, this is about observing what happens when those things are lived... It is an examination of what happens when we begin to examine ourselves, apply what we find, and interact with others from that position. This book is about the application process.
