Gentleman Wombley's Grammar Notes, Volume 2 is the second in a two-volume series of grammar books. Focusing on usage problems, it is especially useful for students learning to recognize writing problems such as those involving punctuation, misplaced modifiers, awkward sentences, lack of parallel structure, pronoun agreement, vague and ambiguous pronouns, pronoun shift, etc. While Volume 1 primarily zeroes in on parsing and diagramming, Volume 2 will prepare students for high school and college writing as well as drill them in the conventions tested on the SAT Writing Section. Although Volume 1 is recommended before starting Volume 2, it is not a prerequisite. A Teacher's Answer Key for Volume 2 is available.
