Into Darkness

Lainie Lafayette is a reporter for a major news paper in St. Louis Missouri. She has a nose for news, and crime stories seem to be her specialty. She is fearless and relentless as she pursues her story right through to the end. But Lately weird things have been happening to her. Her past has caught up to her, and she has been having a series of strange dreams. When the daughter of a wealthy local socialite, and friend of the family, are murdered, it is up to Lainie to unravel the tapestry of lies that seem to surround the young girl. Before long, the trail leads Lainie right back down a familiar path, her own past. It all seems hopeless and surprises loom as she goes further “Into Darkness.”
