The Influence of the Jews on English Christianity

Prof. Dr. Meyer-Erlach was a student of the oddity of English Christianity as opposed to German Lutheranism. A pastor and professor and radio preacher in his own right, Prof. Meyer-Erlach sought to understand and write concerning predatory English Christianity. This work is a preparatory work to his “Is God An Englishman?” wherein he delves deeper into the strange history of English Christianity from the time of Cromwell, and its drive to conquer and pillage other nations, peoples, and empires, to create the British Empire upon which “the sun never set”. In particular it is an examination of the effects of the Old Testament mentality upon the English people and leaders and their quite different “Protestantism” than German Lutheranism.
