Emily’s Silent Struggle

Emily is a new student who is bullied at school and feels lonely, embarrassed, and afraid to speak up. When her teacher invites her to join Leadership Club, Emily is scared but decides to try even though she doubts herself. At the club, Emily faces her worst fear during a presentation and feels humiliated when she freezes and is bullied again. With the help of a kind new friend named Hazel and support from her teachers, Emily slowly gains confidence. By the end of the story, Emily learns that leadership means standing up for herself and others, even when she is scared.
